Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

In the event of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping via local courier within the United Arab Emirates, with typical delivery within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • UAE (Standard Delivery): 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery (UAE): 1–2 business days

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to become active.


Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Venetia Parfum is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
Once a package is handed over to the courier, Venetia Parfum is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or customs clearance (if applicable).

Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
