Refund policy

At Venetia Parfum, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If an issue arises with your order, we are here to assist you swiftly and respectfully.


Return Window

We offer a 48-hour return window for eligible issues. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • Your item arrived damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perfumes once they have been delivered, unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Sale items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

If your request is approved, our courier will be arranged to collect the item from you directly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you’ve received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a prompt replacement.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your item arrived damaged,

  • And you do not wish to receive a replacement.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional processing time.
